편안한 주말 저녁 보내시고 계신가요?

기록은 기억을 지배하고, 기록은 세상을 움직입니다.
오랜만에 예전 블로그를 뒤져 봤는데 저는 이런 생각을 하고 있었습니다.

이제 본격적인 AI시대
AI가 인간을 뛰어넘는 AGI 시대가 5년밖에 남지 않았다고 많은 전문가들이 말하고 있습니다.
부지런히 준비해서 5년 후 오늘의 기록을 다시 꺼내봐야겠습니다.

그때 당시에도 저는 고민이 많았나 봅니다. ㅎㅎ

* AGI(Artificial General Intelligence, 범용 인공지능)는 인간처럼
광범위한 영역의 문제를 스스로 사고하고 해결할 수 있는 인공지능을 뜻합니다.
지금 우리가 사용하는 대부분의 AI는 특정 기능에 최적화된 좁은 AI(Narrow AI)입니다.
하지만 AGI는 인간처럼 다양한 분야에서 학습, 추론, 창작까지 자유롭게 할 수 있는 진정한 ‘지능’을 말하죠.

많은 전문가들은 AGI가 등장하면 세상의 많은 기준과 역할이 다시 쓰이게 될 것이라고 예측합니다.
그렇기에, ‘오늘의 기록’이 더욱 중요해지는 시점입니다.

Records shape our memories,
and memories can move the world.

It’s been a while since I looked back through my old blog,
and I was reminded of the thoughts I used to have.

Now, as we fully enter the age of AI,
many experts say that the era of AGI — where AI surpasses human intelligence — is only five years away.

I need to stay diligent and prepare,
so that five years from now, I can look back at today’s records once again.

It seems I already had a lot on my mind back then, too.

What is AGI?
AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) refers to a type of artificial intelligence that can think and solve problems across a wide range of fields—just like a human.
Most AI we use today is considered narrow AI, which is optimized for specific tasks. In contrast, AGI would be capable of learning, reasoning, and even creating across multiple domains without being explicitly programmed for each one.
Experts believe that once AGI emerges, many of society’s roles and standards will be fundamentally redefined.
That’s why keeping a record of today matters more than ever—it becomes a time capsule we can look back on when that future arrives.
