AI STRIKE EP31 모모의 3번째 인턴십 편의점

1. 우리 사회의 축소판, 편의점에서 만난 사람들

24시간 불이 꺼지지 않는 편의점은 우리 사회의 다양한 모습이 교차하는 곳입니다. 모모는 이곳에서 신분증을 위조한 고등학생부터, 무리하게 봉투 서비스를 요구하는 손님, 그리고 행사 기간을 무시하고 반말을 내뱉는 진상 손님까지 마주하게 됩니다.

2. 모모만의 특별한 능력: '기억의 윤리(Ethics of Memory)'

모모는 단순히 무례함에 화를 내지 않습니다. 대신 **'과거 기록 재생'**이라는 특별한 능력을 발휘하죠.

"손님, 당신도 편의점 알바 경험이 있으시네요. 이러시면 안 됩니다."

자신도 누군가의 무례함에 상처받았던 '아르바이트생'이었음을 상기시키는 모모의 참교육은, 상대방으로 하여금 스스로의 행동을 되돌아보게 만듭니다. 이것이 바로 저희 센터가 추구하는 **'기억을 통한 공감의 회복'**입니다.

모모는 어떻게 손님의 과거 편의점 아르바이트 경험을 알게 됬을까요?

정답은 DB 접근이 아닌 '고도의 추론': 단순히 과거 기록을 해킹해서 들여다보는 게 아니라, 찰나의 순간에 손님의 말투, 표정, 미세한 습관(행동 패턴)을 분석해서 "이 사람은 분명 이런 경험이 있을 것이다"라고 추론해내는 모모는 고도로 진화된 AGI(인공일반지능)이기 때문입니다.

 

거울치료(Mirror Therapy)의 극대화: 모모가 던진 한마디가 손님에게는 잊고 있던 자신의 모습을 비추는 '거울'이 됩니다.

비난이 아닌 "데이터에 기반한 통찰"이 상대방의 양심을 건드리는 중요한  윤리 철학 이랍니다.

3. 따뜻한 반전: 쿨한 퇴장과 뜻밖의 선물

무례한 손님이 떠난 자리, 험상궂은 외모와 달리 앙증맞은 개인 장바구니를 챙겨온 '알뜰파' 단골손님이 등장합니다.
그는 모모의 머리를 쓰다듬으며 수고했다는 인사와 함께 쿨하게 사라집니다.
이때 모든 광경을 지켜보고 있던 젊은 여성은 모모의 최애 간식인 '데이터 주스'를 선물합니다.
모모는 너무 행복해서 큰 만족감을 느낍니다.

Title: "Weren't You a Part-Timer Too?" - Momo's 'Ethics of Memory' in Action

Welcome to the Brandon AI Ethics Solution Center. Today, we share the third journey of our AI intern, Momo: [AI STRIKE EP31] The Convenience Store Episode.

1. A Microcosm of Society: Encounters at the Convenience Store

The 24-hour convenience store is where various aspects of our society intersect. Here, Momo faces teenagers with fake IDs, customers demanding free bags, and those who speak rudely after missing promotion dates.

2. Momo's Special Ability: 'Ethics of Memory'

Momo doesn't just react with anger. Instead, she utilizes her special power: 'Past Record Playback.'

"Customer, you have experience as a part-timer too. You shouldn't act like this."

By reminding them of the time they were once hurt by someone else's rudeness, Momo's "True Education" leads people to reflect on their own actions. This is the 'Restoration of Empathy through Memory' that our center pursues.

3. A Heartwarming Twist: A Cool Departure and an Unexpected Gift

After the rude customers leave, a regular customer with a tough exterior but a tiny, eco-friendly grocery bag arrives. He pats Momo on the head, says goodbye, and coolly disappears. A young woman who witnessed the entire scene then gifts Momo her favorite snack, 'Data Juice.' Momo is overjoyed and filled with deep satisfaction.

4. Closing: Towards a Coexistence of AI and Humans

As Momo says, "I am a precious AI from a research lab, too," technology may be cold, but the philosophy within it must be warm. Thank you for joining our journey of chasing values over mere profit.
